Yes, for bulk orders, we offer wholesale price and discounts. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you deliver anywhere in Kenya?
Yes we do, at a small fee.
How much is delivery fee?
In Nairobi CBD, the delivery is FREE. The fee then varies depending on the distance from town, starting from Ksh 150. Refer to our Shipping Page for more details. Delivery fee is paid on delivery.
Where are you based?
LucyAnne Lawrence Gift Shop is based in Nairobi, Kenya.
How long will delivery take?
Orders within Nairobi are delivered on the same day, while those outside Nairobi are delivered depending on your preferred carrier schedule.
How do I pay for my footwear?
At the moment, we are accepting payment through Mpesa when you checkout via the Gift Shop. If you have any questions or a different method of payment, kindly contact us.
If what I ordered is not what I have received, can I return?
Yes. In such a circumstance, return the footwear and get in touch with us for refund.
Do you have a Pickup Point in Nairobi?
Yes we do. Kindly pick your orders at;
Pick and Go Shop (Ground Floor), Giwa House, Moi Avenue. Next to Clarion Hotel.
Pickup days; Wednesdays and Saturdays, 9am to 6pm
